The Royal North Shore Anaesthetic department is committed to providing exceptional clinical training in a safe and supported environment. The RNSH mentoring program was founded by Dr Romy Busbridge (Anaesthetic Consultant and current Supervisor of Training) in 2017, who designed and led the program until 2021. Since then, the program has been integrated into the Welfare Special Interest Group, which supports trainees through their registrar and fellowship years.

Our mentors are dedicated to offering guidance on clinical and career matters, and most importantly, they are available to support trainees during times of personal or psychological challenges throughout their training journey.
